Before joining: Membership hours cover studio time only unless your plan expressly includes a benefit. Equipment and other add-ons are subject to availability. Reservation cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to restore member hours and eligible paid charges.
How member reservations work
One shared studio calendar protects availability for every customer and prevents double-booking.

Submit your request
Use the member request form with your preferred date, start and end time, and any equipment you need.

We verify your balance
TMG checks your active plan, remaining monthly hours, and the same live inventory used for public rentals.

Receive confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed after availability is secured and any overage or equipment balance is completed.
Already a member?
Request your studio session through the dedicated member path. A request is not confirmed until TMG verifies availability, applies your hours, and sends confirmation.
Membership questions
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Included hours reset each paid monthly billing cycle, have no cash value, and do not roll over.
Can I book for one hour?
Yes. Active members may request eligible one-hour direct reservations, subject to availability.
What if I need more time?
Available included hours are applied first. Eligible additional studio time is $80 per hour, plus any equipment or other add-ons.
How do equipment discounts work?
Creator receives 10% off and Creator Pro receives 15% off eligible equipment purchased with an eligible direct studio reservation. Creator Starter does not include an equipment discount.
How do I cancel the membership?
After the three-payment minimum, cancel online using the cancellation method provided in your billing communication or email [email protected] with subject “Cancel At the Table Membership.”
By joining, you accept the At the Table Membership Agreement, including the three-payment minimum and automatic monthly renewal. Studio use is also subject to the Studio Rental Agreement. Questions? [email protected].
